Design Of Large Apricot Chopping And Enucleating Machine SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D Exported
The annual production of fresh apricots in China is large and seasonal, so it is easy to cause a large backlog of fresh apricots in the harvest season, however, apricots are poorly stored and perishable, so many fruit farmers deep-process apricots into apricot preserves, apricot juice, apricot paste, dehydrated apricot meat and other deep-processed products. At present, the degree of mechanization and automation of apricot cutting and de-peeling in China is low, and most of the apricot de-peeling is done manually, so the efficiency of apricot de-peeling is low and the hygiene condition is poor. In view of the current situation, this paper designs a highly automated apricot cutting and kerning equipment to improve the productivity of apricot cutting and kerning and to free labor. The main elements of this design are: lifting and transporting mechanism, apricot orienting mechanism, tray conveying mechanism and cutting and coring mechanism. In the design of each structure, the design of conveyor belt, apricot space orientation design, tool design, belt drive gear design and offset crank slider design were carried out respectively; the advantages of this equipment: high degree of automation, high efficiency, high kernel removal rate, simple and compact structure, low cost, high applicability, low breakage rate, etc. The high degree of automation of this equipment greatly liberates the productivity, not only improves the efficiency of apricot nucleation, but also reduces the waste of apricots. The cost of the equipment is low and the farmers can afford it, so it is more popular.
