This is my design of a McNamee wheel independent suspension chassis, the use of 1010 aluminum square tube as the main bracket, black acrylic plate as the upper and lower beam connecting plate, motor using a high-torque DC reducer motor, reducer motor through the coupling connected to the 3-inch McNamee wheel, this wheat wheel is a classic product, and 65mm wheat wheel is different, this wheat wheel using imported carbon steel bearings, each small wheel The rotation of each small wheel is very smooth. The motor is fixedly connected to the mounting plate through the motor support, the mounting plate is carbon fiber material, the purpose is to achieve vibration damping function. The front end of the carbon fiber plate is connected to the shock absorber through the hinge support, and the upper end of the shock absorber is connected to the acrylic beam plate. The two shock absorbers can be adjusted for damping and balance control of the McNamee wheel to achieve the damping function. The McNamee wheel independent suspension chassis can be used as the basic part of the omni-directional mobile robot. The compressed package has files in processing format in addition to the 3D model files, which can be made by DIY.
Note: This drawing is an original work, please do not sell it twice.
